When your account is created, you will receive an email with a link on the portal name. Click on the link.
The first screen will prompt you to reset your password.
Note: your new password must follow all of the following guidelines:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include both capital and lower case letters
- Contain at least one special character (0-9, !, *, _, etc.)
Read the Terms & Conditions and if you do, click Accept.
Verify Information
On the Alliant Connect home page, confirm Client Name and Full Name are accurate and spelled correctly.
